Bhopal: Approval has been given to implement revised Deendayal Antyodaya Upchaar Yojana in identified District Hospitals of 13 districts in a cabinet meeting held under the Chairmanship of the Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today. Under the scheme, the facility for identified super speciality operations/procedures will be provided in 13 district hospitals of Ujjain, Ratlam, Dewas, Jabalpur, Chhindwara, Gwalior, Morena, Satna, Bhopal, Betul, Khandwa, Sagar and Datia. Members of families living above poverty line will get medical treatment at C.G.H.S. (Central Government Health Scheme) rates (below market rate).
The cabinet while taking decision to begin Madhya Pradesh Medical Education (Medical College and Hospital Management) Services has decided for creation of 77 posts in order to provide services of higher standard to the patients in medical colleges and hospitals affiliated to these colleges. Moreover, the decision has also been taken to provide better administrative facilities to students pursuing studies in medical colleges. One post of Additional Director level, 9 posts of Joint Director level, 15 posts of Deputy Director level and 55 posts of Assistant Director level have been approved under this.
Moreover, the cabinet has decided for formation of State Level Karigar Ayog for socio-economic rights and to study problems of artisans involved in Hathkargha, hastshilp, Resham, Mati Kala etc. activities (unorganized sector) and its solutions. Commission will comprise three members.
The cabinet has given its approval for “Madhya Pradesh Information Technology” (Electronics Service Delivery) Rule -2017 under the Science and Technology department.
Furthermore, the cabinet has decided to keep money to be obtained from sale of plots towards claims of secured credits and labourers of M/s Hukumchand Mills – Indore in the escrow account of implementing agency in coordination with official liquidator. Priority will be given mainly to infrastructure development expenses and to the remaining claims of labourers from withdrawal.
The cabinet has ratified the notification dated April 20, 2017 regarding entertainment tax exemption to film “Ek Thi Rani Aisi Bhi” directed by Gulbahar Singh under the Madhya Pradesh Vilasita, Manoranjan Amod and Vigyapan Kar Adhiniyam 2011.-WTN
